Public & Private Schools Closed for Friday

Wisconsin Rapids public and private schools will be closed tomorrow due to inclement weather.
The announcement comes after a winter storm warning was issued by the National Weather Service, where 6-10 inches of heavy snow is expected. The warning is in effect from midnight Thursday night through 6:00 a.m. Saturday morning.
Hazardous travel is expected through Friday morning.
