For the City Times

Local law enforcement will answer questions regarding their relationship to the Hispanic community and immigration next week.

The meeting will be held on on Friday, March 24, at 5:30 p.m. at the Church at Wazeecha. This meeting will seek to clarify confusion or calm fears left over from the change in administrations regarding immigration.

The gathering is geared towards the Hispanic community, and will strictly be information to promote healthy relationships between law enforcement and the Hispanic community. The Church at Wazeecha has emphasized that this meeting is not for airing grievances or political rallies.

The Church at Wazeecha is located at 8016 County Rd. FF in Wisconsin Rapids. For more information, please contact Dr. Trey Turner at 715-421-2299 or email at [email protected]
