Police & Sheriff Calls for March 10-12
March 10
Tree Assailant: At 4:01 p.m. a complaint was made from the 400 block of Canal St. regarding possible vandalism to a tree. The pine tree in question was allegedly trimmed up 12 feet.
They’re Watching: At 5:41 p.m. a call was made from a residence on the 2900 block of W. Grand Ave. to report that his partner had been receiving calls that they are wanted by the government.
March 11
Burnouts: At 5:44 p.m. a complaint was made from the 1100 block of E. Riverview Expressway concerning vehicles doing burnouts in the parking lot.
“Shady” People: At 3:57 a.m. a report was made from a business on the 2500 block of W. Grand Ave. to report “shady” and possibly intoxicated people in the store.
March 12
Unwanted Guest: At 5:07 a.m. a report was made from the 900 block of 11th Ave. North concerning an intoxicated man in a hoodie who was on his front porch. The man refused to leave when asked.
Headphones Thief: At 6:23 p.m. a man was seen stealing headphones from a store on the 1100 block of E. Riverview Expressway.
Spin-outs: At 10:07 p.m. a complaint was made from the area of 25th Ave. and Boles St. regarding a person doing spin-outs nearby.
