Police & Sheriff Calls for March 16-18
March 16
Egg Bandit: At 9:20 a.m. a complaint was made from the 2600 block of 4th St. South to report that his car had been egged. This mirrors multiple reports in the area of similar egg-related vandalism that day.
Red vs. Blue: At 3:22 p.m. a call was made from the 400 block of Chestnut St. to to report that someone had put “offensive Trump flyers” on vehicles in the area.
Fast and Furious: A call was made from the corner of 8th St. South and Airport Ave. to report two erratic drivers who tried to run each other off the road.
March 17
Patio Thief: A call was made from the 4600 block of 8th St. South to report the theft of patio furniture from her residence.
Suspicious Car: At 11:24 p.m. a call was made from a business on the 3100 block of 8th St. South to report possible drug-related activity involving one long-sitting vehicle.
At the Car Wash: At 5:24 a.m. a call was made to police from the 1300 block of 8th St. South regarding a car that was stuck inside of a car wash.

Whoops: At 4:16 p.m. a report was made from a residence on the 1600 block of 32nd St. North concerning a man who accidentally discharged his gun while cleaning it.
“Funny” Vehicle: At 9:10 p.m. a call was made to report that a vehicle had turned “funny” into a parking lot in the 3100 block of 8th St. South.
