Hett, Krings Win Re-Election for School Board

WISCONSIN RAPIDS — Incumbents Sandra Hett and John Krings have been re-elected to Wisconsin Rapids school board.
Hett and Krings have been serving on the board for 18 and 10 years, respectively. Both candidates, proponents of public education, spoke out against challenger Jim Scott, who advocated for school voucher programs.

Sandra Hett — 2,022
Jim Scott — 1,189
Wisconsin Rapids Voting Breakdown:
Sandra Hett — 947 (38%)
John Krings — 946 (38%)
Jim Scott — 568 (24%)
Results are unofficial until the board of canvassers meet to confirm results on April 11.
