Soundcheck: Five Bands Rock the Area This Weekend

Here is a rundown of bands hitting the Wisconsin Rapids area this weekend.

Friday, April 7

Blue Summit Band — 7:00 p.m.
-Get your fix of some of the best blues in the area with the Blues Summit Band. They play the Hotel Mead, located at 451 E. Grand Ave.

Goats in Trees — 7:00 p.m.
-Goats in Trees play Mickey’s Tip-up Friday night. You can catch them at 4231 80th St. South.

Saturday, April 8

Thursday’s Project — 7:00 p.m.
-Thursday’s Project will be playing Monkey’s Bar on Saturday night. Travel out and see them at 2963 WI-13 North.

Raised Reckless — 9:00 p.m.
-Local favorites Raised Reckless will be playing Octane Bar & Grill on Saturday night. Octane is located at 9047 8th St. South.

Vada’s Rockhouse — 9:00 p.m.
-Rock out with Vada’s Rockhouse as they play Wildhorse Saloon Saturday night. Wildhorse Saloon is located at 9031 County Rd. WW.
