Wood County Releases Health Survey

WISCONSIN RAPIDS — The Wood County Health Department has released a local survey.
According to a news release, the department is in the ‘process of strengthening its brand.” The survey delves into the amount of local awareness residents have about their health department and the services they provide to the community.
