NWS Alert: More Thunderstorms Expected to Hit Wood County

WISCONSIN RAPIDS — According to the National Weather Service in Green Bay, at least two more rounds of thunderstorms are expected tonight.
A thunderstorm warning was issued late afternoon which saw heavy rain and winds in the evening. Possible thunderstorms could lead to damaging winds, large hail, and isolated tornadoes across Central Wisconsin.
A flood advisory is in effect until Thursday morning, as well as a tornado watch, which is in effect until 8:00 a.m.
The National Weather Service advises to stay up to date with current weather conditions, and stay indoors and out of severe conditions if possible.
