WISCONSIN RAPIDS — Back for another season, South Wood County (SWC) YMCA is excited to acknowledge the partnership with the Wisconsin Rapids Rafters and Spectrum Insurance.  For every homerun hit by a Rafters player at home games, Spectrum donates $75 to SWC YMCA.

“We believe that kindness and generosity can inspire, and instill a sense of pride within our community”, said Raquel Nowak, Community Development Director of SWC YMCA.  “The 2017 season marks the fourth year of this partnership.  Together, with our donors and supporters we are committed to giving young people the resources to reach their potential, providing individuals with the access and support to lead healthy lives and connecting neighbors so they can come together for the common good.”

Partnerships like this show that working together we are strengthening our community. The SWC YMCA welcomes you out to the ball park to cheer on the Rafters this summer and watch the thermometer fill up.
