Soundcheck: 14 Chances to Catch Live Music This Weekend

Here is a rundown for the Fourth of July weekend filled with live music. 

Friday, June 30

Under the Bus – 6PM
-Locals ‘Under the Bus’ will be playing Whiskey Rapids this weekend, located at Second St. North in downtown Wisconsin Rapids.

The Lizards – 7PM
-Long-time favorites The Lizards take their show to rock out the Hotel Mead. You can catch them live on Friday night at 451 E. Grand Ave.

Vada’s Rockhouse – 7PM
-Vada Stone and crew are back to rock Nekoosa. They play Trail’s End, located at 1497 Alpine Dr.

Tuck Pence – 8PM
-Singer/Songwriter Tuck Pence hits Jabberjawz on Friday night. You can find him at 3704 WI-54.

Saturday, July 1

Rick Hornyak – 6PM
-Singer Rick Hornyak will be playing the Wild Horse Saloon this Saturday. Wild Horse is located at 9031 County Rd. WW

The Antonettes — 6PM
-Duo The Antonettes will bring the best in acoustic to Anchor Bay on Saturday. Anchor Bay Bar & Grill is located at 3460 N. Biron Dr.

Rising Pheonix — 7PM
-High energy rock band Rising Phoenix will take over Trail’s End this weekend. Catch them at 1497 Alpine Dr. in Nekoosa.

Sunday, July 2

Southbound — 1PM
-Catch country music band Southbound as they play the Rudolph Fourth of July celebration. This event is located in downtown Rudolph.

Under The Bus — 3PM
-Under the Bus is back again this weekend, this time playing The Lure, located at 1735 Archer Ln. in Nekoosa.

Branded — 4PM
-Branded plays their first set of the weekend as they hit Anchor Bay Bar & Grill, 3460 N. Biron Dr.

Monday, July 3

Southbound – 1PM
-Southbound is back again, as they play the Camelot on the Lake event in Nekoosa, located at 298 Leisure Ln.

Dade Grode — 4PM
-Dade Grode takes his stylings to Romano’s Pizza, located at 108 County Rd. Z in Nekoosa.

Tuesday, July 4

Branded — 5PM
-Branded is back for their second appearance this weekend as they take part in the Aqua Skiers 4th of July Celebration in Downtown Rapids.

Greenbury Luck — 8PM
-As part of the Fourth of July festivities, rock band Greenbury Luck will play Hollyrock’s on Tuesday night, located at 114 Second St. South.
