Fresh off a packed Fourth of July weekend, here is a rundown of a much lighter weekend.

Friday, July 7
Yoga Nidra — 6:30 p.m.
-After a long holiday weekend, relax and rejuvenate with a yoga nidra class offered by the Wellness Barn Studio. “Yoga Nidra is a practice in total systematic conscious relaxation.” — Registration for the class is $20. To register, contact Tarah at 715-424-3416.

Friday, July 7
Blue Monday Band — 7:00 p.m.
-Get some blues into your life with the Blue Monday Band. This is part of the ‘Music on the Terrace’ series at the Hotel Mead, 451 E. Grand Ave.

Saturday, July 8
18th Annual Garden Walk – 9:30 a.m.
-Continue your rejuvenation with the 18th annual Wood County Master Gardeners Garden Walk. For more information, please visit 18th Annual Garden Walk Slated for July 8

Saturday, July 8
Stomp the Deck with Rick Hornyak — 6:00 p.m.
-Celebrate the upgrade to Hollyrock’s beer garden with some live music from Rick Hornyak. Hollyrock’s is located at 114 Second St. North.

Saturday, July 8
HYDE – 7:00 p.m.
-Join local favorites HYDE as they play Bullhead’s Bar & Grill in Stevens Point. Live fireworks after the performance. Bullhead’s is located at 3368 Campsite Dr. in Stevens Point.
