Tire Thief: A call was made to dispatch early in the morning to report the theft of spare tires from a business on the 1900 block of W. Grand Ave.

Wild Turkeys: At 2:27 p.m. police were notified of a number of turkeys and pheasants in the basement of a greenhouse on Chestnut St.

Lost & Found: At 7:35 p.m. a report was made from the corner of 13th Ave. South and Alton St. regarding the discovery of a red bin full of syringes.

Cart Thief: At 8:05 p.m. the theft of a shopping cart was reported from a grocery store on the 1200 block of Eighth St. South.

“Peaceful” Fire: At 9:57 p.m. a call was made from the 300 block of Seventh St. South concerning a neighbor’s son who kept throwing things and banging on the windows to a house having a fire outside.
