Road Closures Set for Monday on First St. North

WISCONSIN RAPIDS — An expected street closure is set for Monday, July 31.

First St. North will be closed between Strawberry Ln. and the north city limits beginning on Monday. Work on installation of underground utilities will begin as soon as 6:30 a.m.

Local traffic will be given access to Strawberry Ln. through First St. North from Pleasant View Dr. to the south. However, road closures will be in effect on First St. North between Poplar St. and Pleasant View Dr. as crews works to finish asphalt work.

Biron traffic headed north will be detoured on Spring St. to State Highway 54, and traffic heading south to Wis. Rapids will detour through 32nd St. North to State Highway 54.
