WISCONSIN RAPIDS — Creating a balance in an imbalanced world can be tough — and Wood Co. would like to help.

As a part of their monthly ‘Lunch & Learn’ series, Wood Co. welcomes Clinical Psychologist and Life Coach Dr. Richelle Hoekstra-Anderson from Crossroads Renewal Coaching and Counseling Services. During this lunch, Hoeskstra-Anderson will present 4 Steps to Creating Balance in an Unbalanced World.

The Wood Co. Health Department, UW-Extension, Healthy People Wood County and Wisconsin Rapids Community Media team up for this monthly lunch and learn for the benefit of not only Wood Co. employees, but anyone in the community.

Lunch will be held on Wednesday, Aug. 9 at the Wood Co. Courthouse, room 114. To reserve your spot, please call Wendy Young at 715-421-8437 or email wyoung@co.wood.wi.us

The Wood Co. Courthouse is located at 400 Market St.
