Aug. 7

Late Night Ice Cream: At 10:32 a.m. a complaint was made from the area of Strawberry Ln. regarding a blue ice cream truck that drives through the area as late as 11:00 p.m. on various nights.

Lost & Found: At 10:44 a.m. a report was made from W. Grand Ave. and W. Riverview Expressway concerning a pitchfork in the middle of the road.

Loose Shepherd: At multiple times throughout the day a call was made from the area of Lincoln St. and Clyde Ave. to report a loose German shepherd.

Swerve: At 11:12 p.m. authorities were notified of a blue vehicle swerving all over the road in the area of Gaynor Ave.

Aug. 8

Lock Your Doors: At 2:30 p.m. a report was made from the 900 block of 14th St. South that a caller’s laptop had been stolen out of her unlocked vehicle.

Drug Deal: At 6:21 p.m. police were alerted to a potential drug deal taking place on the 1100 block of W. Grand Ave. by a nearby gas station.

Horn Pest: At 9:44 p.m. a complaint was made from neighbors in the area of 18th St. South concerning individuals in a vehicle laying on the horn for 10 minutes straight.
