Police & Sheriff Calls for Aug. 14
E-Cigarette Thief: At 9:22 a.m. call was made from the 500 block of Ninth Ave. North to report the theft of an e-cigarette from a vehicle.
Gas Drive-Off: Early in the afternoon, police were notified of a gas drive-off from a gas station on the 4600 block of Eighth St. South in the amount of $106.69.
Evening Stroll: At 8:09 p.m. a report was made from the 1000 block of W. Grand Ave. concerning two intoxicated men who walked into nearby traffic.
Ding-Dong: At 2:23 a.m. a complaint was made from the 1100 block of 28th St. North regarding a person constantly knocking on the caller’s door and ringing the buzzer.
