WRPS Seeks Parents to Serve on Instructional Improvement Committee

WISCONSIN RAPIDS — The Wisconsin Rapids Public School District is looking for two parents interested in serving a three-year-term on the District’s Council for Instructional Improvement committee (CII).
The council meets to discuss and make recommendations related to curriculum, instruction and assessment. Three parent representatives serve on the council, along with teachers, administrators and a Board of Education member.
For the 2017-2018 school year, the Council will meet from 8:00 to 11:00 a.m. on September 25 and October 23, and from 12:00 to 3:00 p.m. on February 15 and April 10.

The Board of Education will appoint the new parent representative to the CII at the September Educational Services Committee.
