Aug. 21

Toy Thief: A call was made from the 400 block of Ninth Ave. North to report the theft of children’s toys.

Late Juveniles: At 12:31 a.m. a complaint was made from the 500 block of W. Grand Ave. to report eight minors in the parking lot — some, without their shirts on.

Burnout: Late into the night dispatch was informed of a car doing burnouts on the 500 block of Pepper Ave. right before driving through someone’s yard

No. of Accidents Reported: 1

Aug. 22

Prowler Alert: At 9:41 a.m. authorities were notified of a man in a black Tahoe who was allegedly watching an employee. This occurred outside at a store on the 2500 block of W. Grand Ave.

Moving Day: At 12:09 p.m. a call was made from the 900 block of Huntington Ave. to report two men and a woman walking around with multiple clothing bags and suitcases.

“Punk Kids”: At 10:56 p.m. a complaint was made from the 1100 block of 23rd St. North regarding “punk kids” allegedly being loud and smoking cigarettes.
