Leaf Blower: An early morning call was received by dispatch in regards to a neighbor who allegedly keeps blowing leaves into the road on 14th St. South.
Clown Car: At 5:26 p.m. a report was made of a person wearing a clown mask in a vehicle on the E. Riverview Expressway.
R.I.P. Raccoon: At 9:26 p.m. a report of a “very large” raccoon laying in the road was received from the 1300 block of Chase St.

Blades: At 9:59 a.m. a reported of double-edged blades on the side of the road was reported in the area of the Grand Avenue Bridge.
Scammed: Throughout the day, multiple calls had been received regarding the ongoing jury duty scam calls taking place in the area.
Reading Enthusiats: At 5:07 p.m. a report was made of a man and a child sleeping in a vehicle at Robinson Park. Police would arrive to find both reading a book outside.

Go Blue!: At A call was made to police from the 1500 block of 24th St. South concerning a small blue vehicle with a loud exhaust speeding towards Grand Rapids at a high rate of speed.
Falling: At 5:34 p.m. a report was made of a man in a hotel lobby on Eighth St. South who had been falling on things, and attempting to get into nearby rooms.
No Lights: At 1:55 a.m. a street light outage was reported from Lincoln St. to Witter St.
