Historic Point Basse to Host Haunted ‘Spirit Walk’

NEKOOSA — Halloween isn’t just about candy and cheap scares.
Historic Point Basse will host their annual ‘Spirit Walk’, where attendees will be treated to a night of haunted history at the site. Groups will be taken by lantern-lite for a walk around the property to learn about Point Basse’s very own haunted history.
The ‘haunted’ guided tours will be slated for Saturday, Oct. 21 and 28 from 6PM to 8:30 PM.
According to the event release, “Learn from the individual citizens of Point Basse as they emerge from the darkness to tell you about themselves in our version of ‘haunted history’.”
