WAUSAU — Players have been selected for this season’s WIAA Valley West All-Conference honors, and multiple Lincoln Red Radiers have been recognized for their valiant efforts this year.

Taking home ‘Wide Receiver of the Year’ honors, to nobody’s surprise, is Isaiah Westfall, who has a stellar senior year at wideout with 12 touchdowns and over 700 yards receiving. Also selected to first-team in the offensive lineman position were Chasten Vruwink and Mike Iverson.

Quarterback Jake Mancl joins this list as well, putting up 17 touchdowns with over 1500 yards passing on the season. As expected, running back Isaac Pelot made first-team with his breakout season. Pelot logged in 13 touchdowns and over 1200 yards rushing on the year.

On the defensive end, lineman Frank Hartman, linebacker Nathan Hepp, and cornerback Tommy Grube round out the list of players for the Red Raiders to make the all-conference squad.

Lincoln will be in action on Friday night as they travel to Neenah to take on the Rockets in a first round WIAA playoff matchup.
