Date for Next WRAREA Meeting Announced

WISCONSIN RAPIDS — The date for the next Wisconsin Rapids Area Retired Educators Association (WRAREA) has been announced.
It will take place at 11:30 am. at the Hotel Mead, 451 E. Grand Ave. The featured program will be speaker John Berg, who will present the History of Railroads in Northern Wisconsin.
Gift cards for current educators will be collected, as well as a drawing. Deadline for reservations will be Tuesday, Oct. 31 by noon. Hand-made cards will be available for $1.75 each, with proceeds going to the WRAREA.
