WISCONSIN RAPIDS — Aspirus Riverview Hospital will host a holiday memorial service for anyone in the community who has experienced the death of a loved one.

The 2017 Holiday Memorial Service will be held from 6PM to 7PM on Thursday, Dec. 14, in Aspirus Riverview Hospital’s lower level conference center, 410 Dewey Street, Wisconsin Rapids.

The service will be hosted by the patient care staff of Aspirus Riverview Hospital, Aspirus Comfort Care & Hospice Services and Heartland Hospice. It will include a special message, music, readings, and a memorial photo presentation. The service will be followed by fellowship and light refreshments, courtesy of Aspirus Riverview Foundation.

Those planning to attend the service may submit up to three photos of the loved one being remembered for the photo presentation. Please include the name of the person being remembered as you would like it to appear in the presentation. Photos may be dropped off at the Aspirus Riverview Hospital front desk, emailed to [email protected] or mailed to Aspirus Riverview Hospital Community Relations, 410 Dewey Street, Wisconsin Rapids, WI, 54494.

Photos received by Dec. 8 will be included in the presentation. Those attending the service are also invited to bring a framed photo with them to the service for display.

Submitted photos may be picked up at the memorial service or will be mailed back to those who include a self-addressed envelope. (Please do not submit your only copy of a precious photo.)
