Police & Sheriff Calls for Dec. 11

Speed Racer: At 6:39 a.m. a caller on the 300 block of Ninth St. South asked to speak to police regarding a vehicle driving erratically through the neighborhood in the middle of the night.

High Times: At 9:16 a.m. a employee from a business on the 1900 block of Eighth St. South informed dispatch that a woman inside seemed “so high” that she was barely able to stand.

Safety First: At 3:08 p.m. a complaint was made from a concerned resident from the 1300 block of W. Grand Ave. regarding a trailer that was pulling a bunch of calves, and doing so unsafely.

Unstable Lights: At 7:29 p.m. a call was made from  the area of Sixth Ave. North regarding a traffic light that was believed to be close to falling over. City workers checked it out and concluded that it was secure.

Comfortable?: At 10:48 p.m. a call was made to report a man that had been laying on a staircase outside of a hotel on Eighth St. South. The caller believed he was “on something”.
