Dec. 18

Think of the Children: At 1:46 p.m. a call was made from the 2600 block of 12th St. South concerning neighbors who screamed at the caller for asking them to turn their music down due to sleeping children.

Ditched Bike: At 351: p.m. dispatch was notified of a ditched bike in a caller’s yard on the 700 block of Avon St.

Charity Case: At 3:55 p.m. a complaint was made from a gas station on the 4600 block of Eighth St. South regarding a man in a red hoodie asking bystanders for money.

No. of Accidents Reported: 1

Dec. 19

Tenant Troubles: At 12:55 p.m. a complaint was made concerning two former tenants attempting to break into their old rental on the 200 block of 18th Ave. South.

Poop Problems: At 3:53 p.m. dispatch was notified of neighbors on the 500 block of 12th St. North who let their dogs run loose and leave “waste” in the caller’s yard.

Paperboy: At 9:57 p.m. a call was made regarding a newspaper delivery person on the 400 block of Piltz Ave. that continues to drive onto the caller’s lawn to deliver the paper.

Dec. 20

Scammer: At 10:59 a.m. a report was made from the 2200 block of Fifth St. South concerning a scam caller.

Potheads: At 3:35 p.m. dispatch was notified of two individuals in a caller’s basement without her permission. She complained that her basement smelled of marijuana.

Unleashed: At 4:20 p.m. a complaint was made from the 1100 block of Second Ave. South regarding a neighbor’s dog who continues to remain unleashed, and ventures into his yard.
