Nekoosa Polar Bear Jump Slated for Jan. 1

NEKOOSA — An annual tradition is set to continue this weekend, as many residents will be freezin’ for a reason.
For the 21st year, the Lure Bar & Grill in Nekoosa, 1735 Archer Ln., will sponsor the event, where all proceeds go towards the Children’s Miracle Network. (CMN) Participants have raised nearly $200,000 since its inception in 1998. These funds benefit sick children across Adams, Wood, and 14 other counties.
