WISCONSIN RAPIDS — Two local teenagers face charges of armed robbery and first degree reckless injury for the High St. home invasion in December; now identified as 17-year-old Jorge Ochoa Jr., and 18-year-old Pedro Rodrigues-Gonzalez.

According to reports, on Dec. 19, the daughter of the victim had described to police the circumstances around the home invasion. She informed police that after kicking the door down to the home, one of the three intruders that had been wearing an “old man mask” had told everyone to get down on the ground or else “we’ll blow your brains out.”

One of the men held a gun to her forehead and told her “I know you have drugs. I know you just re-upped.” and also informed her “We’re Columbian, we don’t f—ck around.” She also informed police that the men were speaking to each other in what she believed to be Spanish.

Police spoke to another witness who claimed that one of them had been wearing a “Hillary” mask, and told them “If you don’t give us what we want, we’ll shoot you.” All three men apparently had guns, and took money, cell phones, wallets, marijuana, and various electronics and items from the residence.

Police spoke with the shooting victim, who claimed that he exited the garage and walked in the driveway when he came across a man in a bandanna, who would eventually shoot him in the eyes with pepper spray. After attempting to grab the culprit, he was shot in the stomach during the struggle.

The guns were purchased from a local hardware store the day before for the sole purpose of the armed robbery, according to police. The third suspect in the robber, an unidentified 16-year-old, has not been charged in adult court at this time.

If convicted, both men face up to 80 years imprisonment. The;r next court appearances come in late January.
