ServSafe Class Offered at Mid-State Technical College

WISCONSIN RAPIDS – A ServSafe class will be offered at Mid-State’s location in Marshfield on Saturday, March 10. The course was developed by food service industry experts and meets Wisconsin state law for Certified Food Managers (CFM).

ServSafe is a food safety certification and recertification class. It covers critical principles including personal hygiene, cross contamination, time and temperature, receiving and storage, food safety management systems and training hourly employees.
