WISCONSIN RAPIDS — Finance committee officials have approved much needed repairs on the memorial clock tower.

Funded by the Mead-Witter Foundation, Van Ert Electric Company will make necessary repairs on the tower to keep the clock functioning properly. The total cost for these repairs will add up to $6,770.22.

Additional work has been approved for the installation of metal frames and light panels by Shopmasters LLC in the amount of $514.
