WISCONSIN RAPIDS – An Introduction to Woodworking class will be offered through Mid-State continuing education beginning in early April. The class will meet on Thursdays, April 5 – May 17, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at John Edwards High School in Port Edwards. The course fee is $120.00.

This introductory course on modern woodworking helps students develop an understanding of the materials, machines and processes used to create quality hardwood items. Each participant will make a small keepsake jewelry box, cutting board and set of cup coasters.

For more information on registration, visit www.mstc.edu/continuinged, or register in person at any Mid-State campus.
