Administrative Professionals Conference Provides Opportunity for Growth and Networking

WISCONSIN RAPIDS – A conference to help administrative professionals take charge of their careers is coming to the Wisconsin Rapids campus of Mid-State Technical College on Friday, April 20. The event aims to inspire those looking to advance or launch their careers in administrative support through a day of learning and reflection.
Participants will enjoy a keynote presentation, “The Value of Being Heard,” from professional speaker and comedian Liysa Callsen. They’ll also share in educational breakouts and roundtable discussions on topics selected by attendees, including “Getting the Respect You Need and Deserve,” “It’s All About Communication,” “Productivity: Simple Steps, Spectacular Success” and “Mental Health and Wellness at Work.” Breakfast, lunch, and a raffle ticket for baskets valuing $50 are included, and attendees will have an opportunity to network with peers.
