ADRC to Offer ‘Healthy Living with Diabetes’ Class

For the City Times

Living with diabetes? Need a refresher or not sure where to start? Looking for new tips and ideas?

If so, this class is for you. Healthy Living with Diabetes is a six-week class to help adults living with type 2 diabetes, pre-diabetes, or who live with someone that does. In this weekly interactive class, learn to set goals, problem-solve, improve blood sugar, make healthy food choices, and discover new solutions to live well. Pre-registration is required. Call Ciara at the Aging & Disability Resource Center-CW to sign-up. 715-424-8468
