PEEF scramble to be held June 18

WISCONSIN RAPIDS – The Port Edwards Education Foundation is finalizing plans for the 12th run of the Blackhawk Scramble golf outing.
This year’s event is scheduled for June 18 at Lake Arrowhead Golf Club, Lakes Course, 1472 Apache Ave., Nekoosa.
This annual event is held to raise funds that provide grants in the upcoming school year to add extra spark to the learning environment for the Port Edwards students. Teachers in the district are given the opportunity to apply for grants to support equipment, activities, or educational events that would not otherwise be available to teachers and students.
