The Wisconsin Rapids City Times staff, along with the Heart of Wisconsin Chamber of Commerce, Mayor Zach Vruwink, and community members, cut the ribbon on their new Wisconsin Rapids location at 2920 Eighth Street S., during a grand opening held June 26.
