Rapids absentee voting available through Aug. 10

WISCONSIN RAPIDS – In-person absentee voting is now available for city of Wisconsin Rapids voters.
Any qualified elector residing in the city can cast an in-person absentee ballot for the Aug. 14 partisan primary election in the City Clerk’s Office. In-person absentee voting – also called early voting – for the election will occur in the City Clerk’s office located in Wisconsin Rapids City Hall, 444 W. Grand Ave., from July 23 – Aug. 10, 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
In-person absentee voters much provide a photo ID. If you are not a registered voter, you will need to register to vote at the Clerk’s Office prior to casting an in-person absentee ballot.
