Margaret M. Adamski, age 92, formerly of Port Edwards died Wednesday September 12, 2018 at North Ridge Assisted Living Center in Stevens Point.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday September 15, 2018 at Saint Alexander Catholic Church in Port Edwards. Rev. John Swing will officiate. Burial will be at the Village of Port Edwards Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the church on Saturday from 10:00 AM until the time of service at 11:00 AM. Feldner/Ritchay Funeral Home of Nekoosa is assisting the family.

Margaret was born November 16, 1925 in Stevens Point to Michael and Anna (Turzinski) Burant. She married Leo Adamski on June 28, 1947 in Stevens Point. He died October 4, 2013. Margaret was secretary to the Administrator of the Port Edwards Public School District from 1965 – 1987. She was a long time member of the St. Alexander Parish Council of Catholic Women.

She is survived by her daughters Barbara (Stuart) Tolman of Delray Beach, FL and Diane (Steve) Kizewski of Stevens Point and by her brother Donald (Mary) Burant of Racine. Margaret was preceded in death by her husband, parents, one brother Robert Burant and by four sisters Lorraine Armstrong, Elaine Gard, Maryanne Wozniak and Bernice Eschenbach.
