Wisconsin Rapids Community Media-Videographer: We are looking for a volunteer to film the Sheriff and County Board chairman on a monthly basis at the WFHR studio.  Please call 715-423-0443 and ask for Tom Loucks.

Polka Show Volunteer:WRCM’s local community producer Dick Smrz is looking for a volunteer to help with his polka show that broadcasts weekly on WRCM and possibly take it over in the near future.  Please reach out to Tom Loucks for more information at 715-423-0443.

Producer/Editor:Local Community Producer Tom Heiser is looking for a co-producer for his veterans show that he produces at WRCM.   He is looking for a producer to learn the ropes. American Red Cross- Disaster Volunteers:Red Cross disaster volunteers turn heartbreak into hope every day. Volunteers help those affected by house fires, storms, tornadoes, floods, and other disasters with food, shelter, supplies, and hope. Red Cross Disaster Responders train in a variety of different areas including casework, sheltering, feeding, supply distribution, damage assessment, logistics, etc. Hours vary by position and current level of disaster responses. Flexibility is key in these positions.

Disaster Workforce Engagement Team Volunteer: The Disaster Workforce Engagement Team (DWET) is responsible for welcoming new volunteers and ensure they have an excellent experience joining the Disaster Cycle Services department. This team provides relevant orientation information, ensures volunteers are successful engaged with chosen activity and advocates for volunteer advancement into leadership roles. Approximately 5-10 hours per week. Flexibility to work remotely from home.

Blood Donor Ambassador:  Provide excellent and enthusiastic customer service to enhance the blood donor experience. Engage with blood donors to promote blood donation and set the stage for a long-term commitment to regular blood donations. Time commitment is 6 hours per shift.  Variable; preferred commitment 1 shift/month.
