WRCT Haunted House opens Oct. 20

WISCONSIN RAPIDS – The Wisconsin Rapids Community Theatre (WRCT) Annual Haunted House opens Oct. 20 in the WRCT Studio Theatre.
“The Rapids Mall may be closed, but we’re still here and scarier than ever,” said Martha Bawara, WRCT production and facility director.
Taylor Swanson and a group of over 30 kids and adults have been working for months on the event and it promises to be scarier than ever.
The event runs Oct. 20, 21, 26, & 27, 6-9 p.m., and is open to older kids and adults.
“What a wonderful welcome to the theatre it has been to work with these passionate young people,” Bawara said. “The community collaboration between kids and adults is unlike any other shows that are a part of our season. It’s my first time working on a haunted house and I have not yet decided if I can go through once the lights are off – I’m that creeped out!”
