WISCONSIN RAPIDS – The Wisconsin Rapids Lincoln Red Raiders claimed another victory Oct. 12, as they faced D.C. Everest at Everest’s Stiehm Stadium.

Lincoln and Everest kept pace the first two quarters, entering half-time with a 12-12 tie score. Scoreless third and fourth quarters led the teams into overtime, where Rapids pulled ahead and ended the game with an 18-12 win.

The win leaves Lincoln with a 4-5 record in the VFA West.

Lincoln faces Eau Claire Memorial on Oct. 18 in a non-conference game.
