For the City Times

VESPER — Wisconsin Rapids Team Depot members joined soldiers from the Army National Guard HHB 1-120th Field Artillery Unit, Wisconsin Rapids, to build a deck and wheelchair ramp for a local disabled veteran in Vesper. This is the fourth project of the year for the Rapids Home Depot, funded by a grant from The Home Depot Foundation. All work is done by volunteers on their day off, led by Team Depot Captain Tim Halverson.
