Krug defeats Gorski in 72nd Assembly District

WISCONSIN RAPIDS – Representative Scott Krug, a Republican, has defeated Democrat David Gorski, of Grand Rapids, in the race for 72nd Assembly District seat.
Krug beat Gorski in the Nov. 6 general election by 1202 votes, with Krug receiving 7936 and Gorski getting 6734.
Krug is a Rome resident and will enter his fifth term in office. He credits a supportive family for his ability to fill the assembly seat.
