Clair “Pat” Heidemann, age 86, of Wisconsin Rapids, went to be with her Lord on Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at Aspirus Wausau Hospital.

Services will be held at 11:30 A.M. on Saturday, December 22, 2018 at St. Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church. Pastor Lucas Proeber will officiate.  Burial will take place at Restlawn Memorial Park Cemetery.  A time of visitation, for family and friends, will take place from 10:00 A.M. until the time of the service at the church on Saturday.  Herman-Taylor Funeral Home is honored to be serving the family.

Pat was born May 21, 1932 in Chicago, IL to Henry and Gertrude (Burgess) Bulmer. She married Donald Heidemann on July 15, 1950 in Chicago, IL.

She worked as a waitress, worked for Montgomery Wards, Metcalf Lumber, and was a home health provider.  Pat was a member of St. Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church and participated in the Willing Workers group.  She enjoyed working in her flower garden, playing cards, and especially travelling with her family and friends.

Pat is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Carrie and Randy Kaddatz; her daughter-in-law, Tracy Heidemann; her grandchildren: Christy (Rob) Shepard, and Stephanie (Jason) Boyd; her great-grandson, Michael Boyd; her sisters, Maggie and Sandra; her brother-in-law, Vernon Verjinsky; and many nephews and nieces.  In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Donald; her son, Michael Heidemann; her brothers, Ronald, John, and Frank; her sister, Maryann; and her sister-in-law, Joyce Verjinsky.

The Family of Pat would like to send a heartfelt thank you to the staffs of Our House Assisted Living in Wisconsin Rapids and the Pallitive Care Unit at Aspirus Wausau Hospital for their loving care shown to Pat and her family.

Memorials may be forwarded to St. Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church in Wisconsin Rapids.
