Donna was born on February 11, 1960 in Wisconsin Rapids, WI to Helen (Marie) and William Jaborek, Jr. She married Harland (Peanut) Felch of Nekoosa. Even though Harland and Donna were no longer married, they remained life companions and best friends.

Donna enjoyed spending time in Utah with her daughter, Jessica, Brian and granddaughter, Makayla. Her grandson Cayden was the love of her life. She enjoyed going to the mud bog races that her son Cody participated in, sitting around the camp fire with family and friends. She loved going to garage sales and flea markets. Donna had a passion for collecting owls, (but, only the ones that spoke to her). Donna loved to put puzzles together, watch scary movies and she could not get enough of the movie Titanic. She loved the outdoors, enjoying nature, being with her 3 dogs, reading books, watching the Green Bay Packers, (whether they won or lost), and fishing.
