Update: Rapids City Times office hours for Jan. 31
As the weather forecast indicates that the severe weather will diminish and temperatures will rise, we are planning to reopen our office Jan. 31 at 10 a.m. and will remain open until 5 p.m. We will resume normal operating hours on Feb. 1.
