Robert Dale Simpson II of Nekoosa, WI passed away Wednesday, February 6, 2019 at Riverview hospital.  He was survived by his loving and devoted wife of 40 years, Marilyn Simpson as well as four children and 7 grandchildren. Daughter Aja Woolley, son-in-law Jared Woolley and grandchildren, Damon, Jacob, Mina and Lillian.  Son Robert Simpson III, son Nicholas Simpson and granddaughter Lydia. Son Tristin Simpson, daughter-in-law Rosanna Simpson and grandchildren Cecelia and Jethro.  He was also survived by sisters Lori Simpson, Toni Gabnay and Vicki Mudd.

Robert was a veteran who served in the Navy during the Vietnam war.  He was a much loved patriarch who enjoyed scuba diving, martial arts, motor cycle racing, boating and traveling the world during his younger years.  Later in life he was predominately a family man who enjoyed doing projects at home, playing and listening to music as well as spending time in the outdoors.

Bob passed peacefully in a hospital bed surrounded by family at the age of 63. He will always be loved and remembered.

Memorial services will be held on February 23, 2019 at 1:00 at the VFW in Wisconsin Rapids. All are welcome.  Food and refreshments will be served, please join us in remembering his beautiful soul.
