Jean M. Fessler (Hill), age 72, Wisconsin Rapids, passed away on Friday, February 15, 2019, at  Aspirus Riverview Hospital, Wisconsin Rapids.

Jean was born in Minnesota on July 14, 1946, to Arnold and Wanda Hill. On June 1, 1968, she was married to Gerald Fessler.  

Jean had such a big heart that most of her jobs involved taking care of others.  From being a stay at home mom, to taking care of Adults with disabilities. She retired from CCLS in 2011 due to health problems.

Jean enjoyed reading, fishing, and spending time with friends and family.  What Jean enjoyed most in life though were her grandchildren. If any of them needed anything, she was right there for them.

Jean was survived in death by her Husband: Gerald Fessler.  Children: Corey (Heather) Fessler, Carrie Norton (Stephen Cline), and Chad (Evelyn) Fessler.  Her Siblings: Ed Hill, Linda Hill (Tom Corcoran), and Kristy (Mike) Anderson. Her Grandchildren:  Maxie, Nathaniel, and Hunter Broerman; Zander Voight, Hope, Lillith and Chase Fessler. She was also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and other loved ones.

Jean was preceded in death by her Parents, Arnold and Wanda Hill; also her Siblings, Pat Hill and Mike Hill.

There will be a celebration of life scheduled later in the summer.
