Riverkings get home ice advantage in second round

WISCONSIN RAPIDS – The Wisconsin Rapids Riverkings will be home this weekend for the second round of the USPHL Midwest playoffs.
“Lots of great sports related events going on in Rapids this weekend and because of an unexpected upset in the USPHL Midwest playoffs the Riverkings are home this weekend. The team is home for the second round USPHL playoffs and the stakes are high with winner going to Boston for Nationals,” said Head Coach Marty Quarters.
The Riverkings will face the Minnesota Blue Ox at South Wood County Recreation Center on Feb. 28 at 7:30 p.m. and March 1 at 7 p.m. If needed, a March 2, 8 p.m., game will be added.
