March 20, 2019

Computer hack

On March 20 at 1:50 p.m. a Richfield woman reported that her computer had been hacked. The complainant stated that the hackers had forced her to buy “software” to fix her computer and that $9,600 had been stolen.

March 24, 2019

Sleepwalker

On March 24 at 4:38 a.m. a Biron male reported that someone who had been sleepwalking had woken up and was lost. The individual was wearing an orange, blue, and green plaid shirt and blue jeans and had been at a friends’ house before the incident.

March 25, 2019

Rowdy truck

On March 25 at 8:44 a.m. it was reported that a truck had come flying through the parking lot of the Auburndale Elementary School. When the complainant informed the driver to slow down, he proceeded to stomp on the gas and went at least 30 mph through the lot.

Stolen pills

On March 25 at 3:19 p.m. a Port Edwards woman reported that some medications had been stolen from out of her bedroom. The woman stated that a mixed bottle of pills had been taken, and that she would like to speak to an officer.

Mysterious car

On March 25 it was reported by an Auburndale male that a dark grey or black Toyota Corolla or Camry would drive by his house a couple of times a night. The complainant stated that the car in question had no front license plate and would drive by the residence slowly, no faster than 10 mph. The man requested extra patrol.

Creepy old dude pulls classic creepy old dude move

On March 25 a young female informed the front desk of the Port Edwards YMCA that an older male had asked her inappropriate questions and touched her back. The complainant reported that the incident had occurred in the hot tub and that the male had a longish white/gray beard and had white/gray hair.
