May 1, 2019

Suspicious video

On May 1 at 9:33 a.m. a Wisconsin Rapids woman reported that she had received a suspicious video on Facebook.

Junked car

On May 1 at 6 p.m. a Wisconsin Rapids female reported that her car had been at a car shop in Wisconsin Rapids getting repaired, and she had just found out that they had taken it to the junkyard without her permission.

Throwing up blood

On May 1 at 12:49 p.m. a Saratoga female reported that there was a male in a blue minivan with Colorado plates who appeared to be heavily intoxicated and was throwing up blood.

Mysterious van activity

On May 2 at 7:48 a.m. a Wisconsin rapids female employee of a clinic in Wisconsin Rapids reported that there was a white van circling the parking lot and that somebody had their cell phone and was yelling and screaming into it. The complainant stated that the subject appeared to be in their early 40s and began filling a pothole with a shovel they took out of their van.

Agitated neighbor

On May 2 at 12:02 p.m. a Wisconsin Rapids male reported that his neighbor was being threatening towards him and had pushed his finger into his chest. The victim stated that he was inside now and could see the neighbor acting violent and threateningly outside, even though the victim had contacted the landlord.

Attempted theft

On May 2 at 6:16 p.m. it was reported by a Wisconsin Rapids male that there were 20 unknown people outside of his house trying to steal his possessions. The victim stated that they were knocking very hard on his door and trying to get in. At 8:12 p.m. the man called the police a second time to report that the people had tools with them and were trying to open his front door.

It’s raining vomit

On May 2 at 7:45 p.m. a Wisconsin Rapids male reported that there was lots of yelling and noise coming from the house next door and that it sounded like things were being broken. The complainant further stated that there was a male vomiting out the window of the residence.
