May 14, 2019

Car vs. bike

On May 14 at 6:30 p.m. it was reported that there was a male who had been taken to the ER after he collided with a car on his bike. The complainant stated that the male had been trying to cross South 16th Street in Wisconsin Rapids when a blue Toyota 4runner failed to stop at a red light. The two collided and the male flipped over his handlebars.

 

May 15, 2019

Disruptive child

On May 15 at 5:27 p.m. it was reported by a staff member of a Wisconsin Rapids school that there was a 9-year-old boy who was being very disruptive. The complainant stated that he was biting and kicking staff in an attempt to run away.

 

Disruptive female

On May 15 at 12:05 p.m. it was anonymously reported that there was a female who was shouting and kicking at doors on Boles Street in Wisconsin Rapids. The complainant stated that she had slammed her door and that they no longer knew her whereabouts.

 

May 17, 2019

Stolen gazing ball: Didn’t see that coming, did you?

On May 17 at 7:47 a.m. a Wisconsin Rapids male reported that his purple gazing ball had been stolen from the yard of his residence the previous day. The complainant stated that the ball was worth around $20 and had been taken between 2:30-9:30 p.m.

 

Mysterious injuries

On May 17 at 1:29 p.m. a Wisconsin Rapids female requested a welfare check on her roommate. The complainant stated that there was blood all over the apartment but that she did not know how badly her roommate was injured because she would not let her see her injuries.

 

Snapchat assualt

On May 17 at 9:07 p.m. it was reported by a Wisconsin Rapids female that her daughter had been assaulted by a group of girls after getting off of the bus. The complainant stated that her daughter had been grabbed by the hair and pulled to the ground before being punched in the face several times. The victim was left with marks on her face and footage of the assault was caught on the app Snapchat.
